Our church didn't appear at once...
The opening of the House of Labour in November 2017 began with prayer: with the blessing of His Grace Bishop John (Roshchin) of Naro-Fominsk, Father Hegumen Nikodim (Balyasnikov), Secretary of the Patriarchal Parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church in the USA, came to consecrate the place and invoke God's blessing upon this endeavor.

Our home church is built and maintained by our residents
and welcomes anybody who wants to pray with us. Join us on Sundays and other Orthodox Christian Celebrations! We rely on prayer and spiritual consultations for our residents and other people who are interested, and get good results.
Building our Iconostasis
The idea of erecting a home church began to be realized as soon as we moved in. The residents themselves built the frame for the iconostasis, and then arranged the place for the altar according to the rules. Step by step, the work progressed, and within seven months our iconostasis was completed, icons appeared on the walls, a place for church chorus was arranged, as well as the memorial table for prayers for the deceased.
